If you feel that way, I'm happy for you.
I feel pretty much the same way. There's little that I've wanted to accomplish (except a better golf game) that I haven't been able to do.
When I look at the world that I walked into, though, and compare it with the one my children and grandchildren face, I see a drastic reduction in opportunities for them, at the same time that I see unparalled wealth accumulation at the top of the economic heap that, if anything, is accelerating.

That's why you see me so critical of my party.
The leadership should be demanding economic change that will reverse those trends.
Instead we have political hacks pandering to perceived social victims on the one hand, or billionaires on the other.
People aren't stupid, and that's what they rejected the hacks in both parties for Trump.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
