I have a client here in Austin that co-locates their web-server in Atlanta. Their web site is completely data driven and uses the data that normally reside on their main server. I use Rick's wwIPStuff to send update files hourly, and it works beautifully. It really could not be easier to set up. Specify username, password, ftp site, source file, destination file and run. It even captures and returns API errors from wininet.
