Watcom has an older SQL product which has since been taken over by another company (I think Sybase). You are probably loading an ODBC driver or something that looks for the Watcom SQL Engine and can't find it. Check your ODBC driver makeup, your WIN.INI file and also look for .dll's that start "Wsql" in the root directory or the path of your application.
