When you install IIS you can also install the FTP server. It's really
easy - all you do is tell it the start up FTP path and off you go. The
only thing that I've found sticky at times is proper permissions for
uploads - they don't take immediately after setting and even stopping
the service and restarting sometimes doesn't work <s>... log off and
log on then restart seems to be reliable.

As to transfer, wwIPStuff works well. Other controls are
available if you need to get more fancy. I've just updated
wwIPStuff (internally for Web Connection for now) to support
message events during downloads as well as full native
VFP implementation to make it easier to modify the code.
The FTP stuff's pretty painless to work with...
