What property defines a checkbox control size? I mean the image of the check box itself. When I increase the FontFize it only affects the caption. TIA

You talking about the little box that you check or leave unchecked? AKAIK there is no way to resize that. The only way I know to do that is to use a graphical style checkbox and assign the appropriate pictures to the Picture and DownPicture properties.
