We are trying to install a run-time version of our application on a user computer. It installs fine, but when we try to start the application we get the error "cannot locate microsoft visual FoxPro support library". For some reason, someone tried starting it in admin mode and it started just fine. We have all the necessary dll files in the c: drive folder where the application is installed.

The mystery is why it works in admin mode and not normal mode.
