Of course you are right that there are better slots than vfp chatter ;-)
It could fit in database, tools and library and probably be understood by most of the people having read the name before.
Part of my bull-headedness comes from the fact that GraphQL, while greatest in JS scene could grow to become a household name in other languages - similar to oData being used all over the place, JSON often replacing XML even in other environments or the existance of libraries for RactiveX in many languages.

And the article is less about the JS aspects, more a easy to read descritption of differences + benefits compared to REST.
Luring "other lang" users to that specifc topic might not happen if they do not subscribe the JS topics - but they might benefit most.
But thsat is a common problem with the forum / category tree + topic selection, to which I have no real answer ;-)
