I have a follow up to my own question. Dell quoted me two choices:
1. 1 TB SSD. Price ~ $330.
2. 1 TB Conventional drive. 720 rpm. Price ~ $90.

I am not concerned about the price difference. So other than the price, is there any advantage to replacing the existing drive with the Conventional vs SSD?
