I use a few IDEs really, but recently my favorite is Gogland from jetbrains. It is in "early access" mode and will be paid when released (no info about pricing yet).

If pricing hurts then intellij idea with Go plugin was the prevous favorite IDE (jetbrains). Visual Studio code Go plugin is not as good as gogland but works. A better one is the Go IDE liteIDE (visualfc).
