I use a few IDEs really, but recently my favorite is Gogland from jetbrains. It is in "early access" mode and will be paid when released (no info about pricing yet).
https://www.jetbrains.com/go/If pricing hurts then intellij idea with Go plugin was the prevous favorite IDE (jetbrains). Visual Studio code Go plugin is not as good as gogland but works. A better one is the Go IDE liteIDE (visualfc).
