I searched in messages error (foxhelp-Error Messages Listed Alphabetically) and i dont find the error
"cannot locate microsoft visual FoxPro support library" !the error have always a numeric id...

it seems to me i seen this error a while ago when i tried to run a vfp5 or vfp6 exe in my vfp9 (to confirm).

if you refer to any library (set library to...) and the library not found in the path it can fires an error.

another thing : if you use automation as object 'internetexplorer.application', particulary if using IE handle hwnd ,this actually runs under administrator priveleges (new behavior).it gives error otherwise.

try debug (if possible) to detect the exact location of error.

i can be wrong but i feel its a runtimes files locations.your app must access to the runtime dlls, preferable to have in same folder as exe.
