where, expressis verbis, do I found this? A judge will only rule by the words found in the T&C.
For example:
Extract, store, re-use, reproduce or keep the Content of the Web Site database, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, on any electronic support or by any other means whatsoevermeans any extracted part. in any form. Finaly
any other means would even touch a brain as a storage.
At least this is what I read. ;) I do not think this is what you mean, but you should be more carefull. Abstraction.
