There is no such capability with native VFP grid.

You can come close to such effect using dynamic* properties (possibly best would be to use DynamicFontBold). Depending on your requirement you can say change text box' border color or use a container and do whatever art you like (beware that could be tricky - if I remember right I had an FAQ on this subject something like "images containers in grid").
