I've had similar issues/symptoms relating to:

1. if there are graphics based on an external file, make sure the path is correct;..
2. clear out your printer info:
use report.frx
replace expr with "",tag with "",tag2 with "";...
3. if there are objects with 'print when' conditions, make sure the 'print repeated values' is set to Yes. I don't know why, but this has caused me problems;...
4. and finally, if all else fails, there may just be a bad object (poor parenting, no doubt), especially if you've copied one a few times. You'll have to remove each object one by one to find the culprit.
