Leaving credentials in a config file close to the project feels like an accident waiting to happen - imploding backdoor expirience anyone?
I might think about a keyboard macro expander like AutoIt with configurations files at least hidden by obscurity for personal typing relief -
more to learn, but keeping creds out of official byte trail is something to strive for ;-)
