On a specific environment, Web servers report:

The Open Procedure for service "BITS" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\bitsperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code.

We believe this is related to Windows Updates as a required tool for downloading patches.

But, only Web servers report that as Error in the Event Viewer. Do you also have that on your Web servers and how to avoid those errors to be logged in the Event Viewer?
