I did not. I'm comparing the turning away of the boat full of Jews in WW2 to the turning away of refugees. Thus - both examples of turning away refugees who will face certain death, right?

How about every moderate Muslim that has migrated to other countries? Do you think there are none or what? Heck I sat right next to one of these people for 3 years at a job. May I remind you that fleeing women and children refugees are not Islamic Jihadist either. The Jews in question were German - the refugees in question are Muslim. You don't turn away the fleeing Jews just because they are German, just as you don't turn away the refugees just because they are Muslim or from a country where their are terrorist. I think there are more similarities than you're willing to admit. We should be learning from out past mistakes not repeating them.

It is a Muslim ban. Trump called it that - Spicer called it that. That's what it does and that's what it is. He said all though his campaign that he would do something bigoted like this and now he's gone and done it.

Obama didn't ban refugees or ban everyone from these 7 countries though did he? I not saying these 7 countries don't have terrorists - I'm just stating that not everyone in those countries is a terrorist or should be treated as one.
