Bush the younger was also not really top of the line. Hard to say from my POV who made more blunders.

I am not a Bush fan either because he was a big government sort of a guy. W's big blunder was the Iraq war (and that was a pretty big one) but I think that Obama has him beat with the apology tour, the Russian reset, the Iran deal among others.
