Usualy PNG pictures respect transparancy for VFP9, dont know why yours turn into black.
No use to add a .MSK file to a PNG file as the .MSK exclusively works with BMP files.
Please upload one of your PNG files here, I will see if it easy to change.
Do you know IranView ? This is a very handy little, free utility to make a bulk convertion on a set of files.
