Just for testing your activeX ,i registered the cbUtilities.dll with regasm as well (mandatory as administrator)

i build a prg as you pointed for testing
notepad.exe is fired and the timer message wrote message on screen all 5 sec.
until here all is ok.

i close the notepad (after saving txt or no)..........vfp9 crashes in all shots (and i must reboot vfp9).
i have windows10
What could have happened ?
