>>So let's stop the freeloading arguments.
>>That's an insult to people who have worked their tails off and followed the rules.
So you tell me: is Medicare a Ponzi scheme? Are you happy that your own kids are among the final load of chumps paying into Medicare, when on current calculations it's unlikely they'll ever see a dime? They'll end up paying for their own healthcare after 65- so that current Medicare recipients don't have to. Sorry but these things do need to be examined, because it's not fair what's being done to the young. The biggest risk is that the young actually could establish their own economy similar to bitcoin and just check out of their tax obligations, like a dystopian future novel.
>>We need to start jailing hospital administrators who hire people like Michelle Obama as political payoffs.
>>That's no less a theft than someone sticking a gun in your face.
Agreeing for the sake of argument: It's still just a drop in the bucket for a facility with turnover into the billions.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
