A bad idea. No, it's a terrible idea. It's 2017 and you want to use technology from the 1980's? If this is really a must, you must find the manual for the printer and add the printer codes yourself. And if your genius of a customer buys a new printer you must do everything once more. My suggestion is to bill him with a fork as we say in Norway, meaning that every 10-15 minutes is an hour. And no discounts, only extras.

If you are very lucky, you can try to add the Font parameter to ?/??, but in my experience this parameter doesn't always work as expected. See Help for more details.
