If I had to do that, I'd probably set a breakpoint in the .OleDragDrop() method and see what parameters are passed when something is dropped. I guess there would be some reference to an object dropped, or it can be just a string or... well, that's something to see.

Then, depending on the properties of the thing dropped, I guess you'd add nodes to the treeview - perhaps folder-like or item-like.
