The reporter is clearly insinuating that Trump or the federal government is not doing enough to prevent these threats. What can the federal government or Trump do? Just like you (and I forgive you because you are very young and immature :)), putting the message of the threat and the name Trump in the same post, it adds to the flame of anti-Trump sentiment.
