OK, timeout - this is the kind of rhetoric that ended the chatter section on the U.T.

First, social security isn't voluntary. It's forced through payroll taxes and you can't opt out even if you think the program harms your interests. It's really not fair to hold someone accountable for "how much they're collecting" in a program that's mandatory. I don't think it's right to project that on anyone - especially someone who is a veteran.

Second, invoking unfair associations to the KKK is (at least) just as unfair, and asking about hanging a group of people is tasteless, regardless of whether it was said in jest.

This is the kind of talk that (I think) got people banned before.

So please, both sides, cool it.
