What's your time worth? It would be quick to renew with NSI, it would take time to transfer to GoDaddy.
Also, if your DNS is currently hosted by NSI you would have to migrate that to GoDaddy or somewhere else which would take more time. If your nameservers are currently not at NSI you would just have to tell GoDaddy what they are, which is quick and straightforward.
My limited, general impression of NSI is that it used to be the sole registrar and retains a fair bit of business by sheer inertia. They don't compete strongly on price for features but they are solid enough. I have a few clients using NSI for registration and they haven't reported any problems to me.
GoDaddy claims to be the biggest. I've found their self-serve domain management functions easy enough to use. When buying a somewhat tricky Exchange SSL cert from them I found their telephone tech support pretty good.
OTOH last September GoDaddy had some kind of glitch which destroyed a WordPress web site they were hosting for a client of mine. Through a not completely unusual but perfect storm of conditions (no recent offsite backups, original web developer out of business, personnel changes, loss of GoDaddy account credentials) their site was irrecoverably lost and had to be rebuilt from scratch.
If all you want is domain registration there probably isn't much to choose between them. If you also need some sort of hosting - e-mail, web site etc there are lots of comparative hosting reviews you can Google with search strings such as [network solutions vs godaddy].
