Considering the focus you'd like to attribute to the article, perhaps the title should have been something like "Undeserved blame attributed to Trump for cemetery desecration!" But it wasn't. If it were, then the article should have included links (like it does for other references) to such attribution of undeserved blame in the media. Since it doesn't reference the sources, I consider it just another suggestion based on undocumented opinion expressing outrage at the media and the Democrats. I do not want to acknowledge that suggestion.
If I were to look at the article like you do, then I'd call it "fake news about the media and the Democrats attributing cemetery desecration to Trump".
