If you can't delete/remove the cert because you need it until it expires, that's an edge case I haven't previously encountered. I don't know how you might disable those warnings. And really you don't want to disable all warnings, just those for the one cert.
As for warnings from your domain registrar, you would need to either de-register the domain or contact them to stop warning you about expiration.
