I doubt you'd see any in the USA - perhaps in some other countries - but I assume the number is tiny tiny tiny.

There were still some folks picking it up in the early 2000's but yeah Microsoft wanted to sell SQL Server licenses and have people use .NET so those that stayed with Microsoft have for the most part switched. I've been thinking of going with Lianja myself.
