I wonder if his 64-bit IDE would fix the annoying problem on Windows 10 where when you drag most windows around on the IDE surface that you get this weird ghost-like frame of the window that moves around very slowly, and it usually out of position does not represent the actual position of where the window will be.

Can he fix that?
