I remembered that I have my own FTP client that I build with wwIpStuff (West-Wind client). And I am having problems uploading the file too.
The DiscountASP.net tech support suggested that I change the transfer mode from Passive to Active (in FileZilla) but I don't see how to change this.
Update: I found how to change the transfer mode.
