I didn't know that such things till existed.
Way back in the mainframe days, I led a group (we didn't insult people's intelligence by calling them team members then) of 10.
On a scale of 1- really good- to 10- really bad, most of the 10 were 6 or higher.
Looking back, 2 3's would have been more than enough.
