This requires installing RichTX32.OCX in every client computer.

It looks like this control is obsolete and not supported. RTF format looks also obsolete,
Html and OpenDocument have replaced it.

So I think that this is not reasonable. If foreign data format cannot avoided, it is better to use html/wkhtmltopdf or OpenDocument/LibreOffice instead of RTF.
