That last part of the last sentence reminds me of the "m.dot" discussion going on over on the parent network :)
For the last 18 days, I haven't had a beer, chips, fast food (in reality, I never did fast food as often as I bragged, but I haven't had it at all), milk shakes. ice cream, etc. Like I said, I allowed the stress of work to impact how I was eating.
I did break down over the weekend - made jambalaya for the family and then had ham on Saturday. But it's mainly been fruits and vegetables and skinless chicken (I can't stand fish). I've eaten more bananas in 3 weeks than I have in 20 years.
Sorry - I just don't like wine, period. My wife loves red wine but I just cannot get into it. So I've been drinking water and some Sprite Zero here and there. I've dropped 15 lbs (mostly water weight, I guess).
