Right, I asked that question during our standup meeting and thus get that problem resolved. However, when I tried typing nuget spec or just spec I got program not found. In any case, we don't want to use packages anymore, we want to use shared projects. But trying to use a shared project (my colleague tried that) led to a new can of worms (because the projects target different .NET run-time).

So, I just sent email to my other colleague and hopefully he'll figure this out.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
