The text "technical support, ..." is kind of lost in the gray-on-gray, between the "Developers Community" and the row with links. Perhaps moving that to the right, wrapping it into three rows (breaks after the comma and before ampersand) and then moving the links bar to be about 8px below the "Extreme".

OTOH I'd expect Tracy to have a larger monitor :).
