Only sugar I'm getting is what occurs naturally. One big think I'm on the lookout for is the fructose/corn syrup
The so/called 50/50 juice that claims to be less calories is just filtered juice. So I drink just a small juice glass a day.
Sorry, not into the red medicine. I truly just don't like the taste of wine. I've had one beer in four weeks, and that was a brown ale over Easter.
