Businesses buy software for 2 main reasons:

- Because they have to: to comply with regulations, or with external requirements e.g. compatibility with clients, accountants etc.

- Because they can get a good ROI

Then they look at whether it does the job, and if it's reliable and supported.

You have to decide if a $5 app is competition for your $500 a seat product. If so, you might have to point out why your app is worth the extra $495 ;)
