You may not share the right of using the SOFTWARE with third party. You may not transfer the right of using the SOFTWARE to third party. You may not transfer the SOFTWARE from one computer to another over a network. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE.
