I just looked at Ingram Micro Canada's stock. They have 2 copies of the professional edition. I would think some American distributors would have them in stock too. Which means you could go down to your local software store and they should be able to custom-order it...

Let me know if you run into a brick wall. I suppose I could send a copy down to you (I have a resale business on the side) but I am not familiar with the laws regarding cross-border selling/shipping. Better for you if you can get it locally I would suspect.
