Yes, there is some of that. I do remember having adjusted something a while ago and it just keeps coming back after a while.

The time it loads takes time. Once the server are set up, there is no longer a need to access the interface. So, all the time there is a request to go in RDP to a specific server, it would be usually for something else. It is just wasting time to wait for that intensive interface to load and close it.
