>>Like Trump, he spewed constant fodder, and they pilloried that man relentlessly.
Yes. And the Harvard study includes the last 3 presidents including GWB, concluding that Trump is subject to far more negativity than any of them.
IMHO these media people catastrophizing and crying "wolf" every day, are writing themselves out of the national consciousness. Which is a shame since media is supposed to be the 4th Estate of democracy whose power is being obliterated by abuse of their station.
A wise man once said "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." This is a lesson that the MSM seems determined to learn the hard way.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
