I get an error "CursorAdapter does not have an associated cursor" when I save a generated quotation or invoice form.

The form can be opened and saved independently without any problem. However if a click on the [Generate] key, to generate another quotation or invoice form, the problem occurs. (Please see attached figure) Both invoice.scx and quotation.scx are sharing a same class.

Can anyone tells me how to solve the problem?
