I don't think there's a tool to do this automatically. Most of the tools in foxtools were later incorporated into VFP itself as native functions. You will find them in home(0)+'foxtools.chm'.

I suggest that you scan your app with gofish and search for the functions which were not added to VFP. My guess is that you don't use any of them. Personally I haven't used foxtools.fll for years,
