The FBI report from last summer about how badly she handled information vitiates that claim.

People can scream all they want about Trump needing lessons in civics, government intelligence, etc. I don't disagree with them. But that doesn't make HRC uniquely qualified.

Additionally, one can make the argument that the State Department got lazy in the months leading to the Benghazi attack.

So - these "are" events.
