>>You will have to research our Federal campaign finance laws - since you're not a usa citizen I'm going to assume you're unfamiliar with these laws - but it's very very VERY clear.

>>The issue for the Federal Election Commission is not whether Trump's campaign made promises in exchange for Russian assistance, nor whether Russian activity swayed the election. The questions for the FEC are much narrower:

>>(1) Were Russian-funded campaign communications made at the request or suggestion of the campaign, or
>>(2) did campaign advisors fail to observe a strict 120-day waiting period between working for the Trump campaign and the Russian government?

Here's the Newsweek article you pasted that from: http://www.newsweek.com/did-trump-campaign-collude-russia-follow-money-595661

So this article from earlier this month is the cause of the fury dating back to before the election? No other statutes or causes?

Because my understanding is that the Federal Election Commission would investigate these rumors itself, not via House, Senate or Special Prosecutor. The law (not that I expect you to be familiar with it) says that a properly constituted complaint obliges the FEC to consider whether there is reason to believe the complaint. The FEC does indeed have wide investigation powers, but did you look at the actual complaints referenced in your article?

The complaints are that the Trump campaign illegally attributed contributions after Election Day to the 2016 campaign rather than the 2020 campaign, falsely labeling the contributions for "debt retirement" when no debt existed.

Why does that make you angry that Trump colluded with Russians? a) it's after the election and b) the involved donors are not Russians AFAICS.

Do you have any evidence that the FEC investigated and found the Russian angle grafted on by Newsweek?

My understanding is that the Trump campaign has had to do some remedying of its reports to FEC that may or may not involve this, after which it is unlikely to go further. If you know different, please do tell!

Meanwhile House, Senate and Special Prosecutor investigations are investigating - what exactly? Clearly not this.

So thanks for pasting that in - but all it shows is that truths, partial truths and confabulations can be tacked together to support a narrative that collapses as soon as you dig into it.

So I ask again: do you have any specific statutes that TRUMP is supposed to have breached to explain your diatribes against him?
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
