Then why ask to begin with? But by the same token I don't think you always need to have someone evaluated to determine they're nuts. If you see a person who barks at cats and chases cars on all fours, or thinks they're from planet Vulcran on a secret mission I'd say you can pretty much figure out on your own that they have some sort of mental health issue. Or if you like see 1.5 million people that don't exist and can't go more than 12 hours with saying some wild crazy lie - right?
