>>That's the sort of sophistry that drives people towards Trump - you willfully broke the simile to make it match your narrative, not mine. It's all about your own POV and everybody else- including me- is a lost cause. Getting boring.

Again with KellyAnne articles of debate. a) First - remove any context of what the subject was about - and just pick one item or a few keywords. In this case - the metaphor involving bees. b) complain about the metaphor, and say that is the problem. Ironic (because I only used the metaphor in response to one that had been used before) c) Now, phase 2 - complain about the fact you have to complain, and end it at that. d) Mission accomplished - no response to the questions or subjects at hand - climate change? what climate change? See why at some point people just consider such a conversation a lost cause? Because it is.

>Yes.
>It's been boring since they nominated HRC, but it's approaching the death rattle stage.
>Take heart- we've seen it before - look at what GW Bush did- but we and the polar bears and the spotted owls have lived to enjoy the magical sunshine that we had on this wonderful spring day today.

Because of climate change those polar bears you're talking about ended up under the Endangered Species Act in May 2008. Polar bears do not enjoy warm magical sunshine. And as a result of declining habitat, there are less than 2300 pairs of Northern Spotted Owls left.

>Once the Trump haters figure out that their infatuation with an evil person let this buffoon take office, they'll listen to the people who voted for him instead of themselves.

Right - it's the fault of the people that did not support Trump that Trump got elected, not the fault of the people who....you know..VOTED for him? Cooome on man.

>The US electorate can make some pretty awful decisions.
>Personally it was devastating for me when GWB was re-elected.
>But, as I said, it was sunny today.
>
>So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past

..quoted from a book about that ends with the failed American dream. Fitting I suppose.
