I saw one in operation this past week.
An SSRS report I developed with .Net shows the report in the viewer and allows the user to print it if need be.
In this case the user wanted to export the report to a spreadsheet, so she called me an asked me how to do that.
So, I told her - click on the disk icon in the viewer and you'll see some export choices.
She said "What does a disk look like?"
I told her to click the icon to the left of the 100% and she then she was OK.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
