http://globalnews.ca/news/3496376/trump-negotiate-paris-climate-european-countries-no/

Barely an hour after Trump's speech offering to negotiate a fairer deal: “We deem the momentum generated in Paris in December 2015 irreversible and we firmly believe that the Paris Agreement cannot be renegotiated, since it is a vital instrument for our planet, societies and economies,” the leaders of the three countries said in a joint statement.

The more important an agreement is, the less it can be negotiated?

And this: https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2017/jun/02/european-leaders-vow-to-keep-fighting-global-warming-despite-us-withdrawal

It appears that individual states and US corps will themselves work with Europeans to honor the Paris Accord.

They'd better make sure Kuschner or anybody connected to Trump isn't involved, because the MSM then will will call it a breach of the Logan Act. ;-)
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
