Thanks. Believe it or not, I've been dropping weight at a faster pace since the last time I saw you, compared to the month before that.

I cut WAY down on carbs. It was rough for a week but I got used to it and found some good recipes. (Yes, you read that correctly, I looked through a recipe book. Until three weeks ago I thought "glycemic index" was a global warming calculation)

And JR - if you're reading - no, this does not mean I'll try red wine. There are some things even I won't do :)
